Please don’t feel ashamed…
Please don’t feel ashamed. Rather, simply be contrite when and where appropriate.
Be vigilant to lessons learned and for ways to apply them.
Be powerful.
Be prepared to make amends in simple, practical ways that you can. Without extreme sacrifice. And from a place of admitted human frailty. From sincere desire. And from love. And do so with a sense of purposefulness and the pride of knowing that you are doing the best you can.
That is much more than most people do.
It is not a crime to be human.
And I’ve never known anyone who gets up in the morning, looks in the mirror and asks, “Gee, I wonder if I can find a great way to screw up my life today?”
Things happen. We misjudge. We misstep. We make mistakes. We learn. We live. We move on.

Yes, your right. It’s not a crime to be human. I think it’s a spiritual experience being human. It’s not always easy because it’s the spirit that has to learn through the trials.

How true Ken! We do all make mistakes in our lives. I have made far too many to count. What is really unfortunate is when we don’t see or recognize them as mistakes for years and years, repeating them out of habit, addiction or ignorance. To recognize, to learn, to forgive oneself and to move on with our lives…that is indeed the key.

We are all here to learn lessons. There is no time to feel shame. We must learn from it and move on!
