Because when you put into place the LaughingLovingLiving factors you will naturally, and automatically, change how you eat. You will:

  • Eat fewer fattening foods.
  • Eat nutritious foods your body knows it needs for stamina and strength and vibrancy and peak health.
  • Eat less. Less quantity. Less compulsively. Less emotionally.
  • End your love/hate relationship with food. You’ll learn to love and appreciate it. And you will…
  • Desire high quality food.
  • Want nicely prepared meals.
  • Insist on spending time peacefully enjoying the food before you.
  • Eat more slowly.
  • Revel in flavors and colors and textures.
  • Find you are not drawn (most of the time) to impulsive eating, to harmful sugary, starchy, greasy snackfoods that are empty of supportive, cell-nourishing nutrition.
  • Begin to find poorly nutritious foods distatesful, even find yourself disgusted at the thought of putting them into your body.
  • Find yourself noticing more and more how OTHERS eat. When. The choices they make. Their manner of eating. Their rituals. And you’ll…
  • Find yourself drawn to the styles and behaviors that sustain vibrant, healthy, strong, (mentally, spiritually balanced–find right words here) slim people. Well people.
  • You’ll find yourself identifying with them.
