But this doesn’t LOOK like Mind Body Spirit Journal…

I know. I know.

Something broke in the Mind Body Spirit Journal customized WordPress theme you’ve seen for years.

So, for the time being the site looks like this, using a highly responsive, functional theme called Copyblogger by Chris Pearson. It doesn’t have all the features — and certainly not the colors and feel and personality — of the old Mind Body Spirit Journal design. But it has most of the old content. And serves it up lightning quick.

It’ll do just fine to keep the site alive while we troubleshoot, rebuild and update things.

Need to do some more tweaking of the Copyblogger theme to make it fit better for this site and will, soon. Will tackle the various issues as I can make time. Things like restoring links to the RSS feed (done), getting the contact form up (done), terms, disclosures, getting the “About” link in the header working or disappear it once I figure out how (done), getting rid of the “archives” link in the header (done), maybe even putting my silly mug back in the righthand column and the list of endorsements. For now, I’m just really grateful Chris’s theme is available to keep the site purring.

Don’t look now…. We’re changing

The Mind Body Spirit Journal website is undergoing a makeover.

While the site remains live during the re-work and redesign, many functions have been disabled. (For instance as I write this, you can no longer see all the posts in a category when you click on the category link. Do I know why?)

And, at times, you’ll see a Plain Jane, super simple, type-only version of the site. No logo across the top. No pretty color scheme. And it will appear as though the site’s name has changed to “Imagine.” Which it may. As in:

Our World. Your Life. No limits.

Imagine…

Soon. That is, soonly or even sooner, you’ll have an incredibly more focused, more functional site.

Patience, please.
